- Drafted the announcement news release and conference call script,

- Prepared the new CEO for the company’s annual stockholders’ meeting, held a week after the announcement.
Results
Despite investor concerns about a second management transition less than 2 years, the stock actually traded up in the days following the announcement and there was little selling pressure from current investors.
